Payam's transactional experience encompasses both commercial and luxury residential properties, demonstrating his versatility and expertise in catering to diverse real estate needs. Currently, Payam resides in Marin County with his wife, two sons, and their dog. During his leisure time, he enjoys immersing his family in the natural beauty of the Bay Area, fostering cherished moments outdoors.

Andrew J. Geltman serves as Vice President of Sales and Operations on the Payam Ghafoori Team, stationed across the firm's offices in Beverly Hills and San Francisco. Specializing in multifamily properties, Andrew adeptly represents both sellers and buyers of investment properties across California and the United States, leveraging eight years of experience in the real estate industry. In joining Payam’s team, Andrew brings with him extensive commercial real estate expertise and a robust network of discerning investors from private equity firms, large institutions, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and beyond. He firmly believes in the adage that knowledge is power, meticulously ensuring his clients remain well-informed with the latest market data, including sales comparables, rental surveys, and demographic studies. By furnishing his clients with the most current commercial real estate insights, Andrew empowers them to make informed decisions and attain their desired outcomes. Andrew is intimately involved in every facet of the transaction process, from aiding clients in understanding and assessing property value to crafting bespoke marketing materials and identifying the most qualified buyers to facilitate seamless closings. Andrew J. Geltman is an alumnus of California State University, Northridge, graduating in 2016. Beyond his professional pursuits, Andrew nurtures a fervent interest in health and fitness. He attained his black belt in Tang Soo Do Karate in 2016 and clinched the 1st place World Championship title at the Sports Jiu Jitsu International Federation in 2022. Andrew derives immense satisfaction from imparting self-defense skills to others, thereby bolstering their confidence.
